Ensure Simple Divorce is right for you

Simple Divorce, also known as Uncontested Divorce, is a divorce without the need for litigation between the parties
If the parties have come to an agreement on all issues pertaining to child custody, division of assets, and child support by way of a separation agreement or a mutual agreement, a simple divorce is easy and less expensive
No court appearance necessary
At least one spouse currently resides and has resided in Ontario for at least a year

Create a profile by clicking the button at the bottom of this page
Once your profile has been created, you will be prompted to complete a New Client Questionnaire. This will be used to populate your court forms.
Based on the type of divorce service you have selected, an invoice will be generated for you. Once the invoice has been paid, either the deposit or in full, then your assigned Divorce Specialist will begin processing your application.

We Do the Rest

From this point on, your Divorce Specialist will create your divorce application, file with the court, figure out the best type of service to serve your spouse, and follow your application from start to finish.
You can speak directly to your Specialist if you have any questions or concerns at any time throughout the process via direct messaging. Also, within My Portal, you can set up a virtual Google Meets appointment to swear your Affidavit for Divorce .

Divorce Granted

Your Specialist will be in touch with you to communicate the status of your divorce until it is granted. You never have to come into an office or go into a courthouse! Super simple.

Begin My Joint Divorce

Personal Service: $197.75 CAD
You can opt to have one of our agents personally serve your spouse. You can also choose to do mail service, for which there is no fee. All applicable fees and taxes included.

Divorce Certificate Order: $50.00 CAD

The divorce certificate is the final document in your divorce process. However, it is not a document that is required for you to have but can be produced at your request. This is not included in your divorce fee. All applicable fees and taxes included.

Marriage Certificate Order: $60.00 CAD
Courts require Marriage Certificates when they process your divorce application. But we get it, paperwork gets misplaced sometimes. We can order your marriage certificate on your behalf in time to file with the courts.
